Turn complex work into clear, reliable systems.

I improve how work moves between people, data, and systems—mapping workflows, clarifying ownership, automating repeatable reporting, and helping teams execute with fewer surprises.

Order Fulfillment Reporting Automation

Problem

Routine operational reporting can involve repetitive file selection, copy/paste work, validation, and manual dashboard refreshes.

Solution

I built an Excel/VBA demonstration that validates a standardized order file, imports the data, resizes the reporting table, refreshes analysis, and records the dashboard refresh time.

What it shows

A multi-step reporting process can become a controlled, repeatable workflow while preserving validation and clear failure messages.

B2B Order Fulfillment Process Mapping

Objective

Understand how approved commercial or project requirements become an operational fulfillment request—and where coordination risk appears between teams.

Focus

I map ownership at each handoff, identify fields that matter downstream, surface likely exception points, and clarify who needs to make a decision when something changes.

Insight

The coordination role is not simply a one-way handoff. It verifies, communicates, tracks exceptions, and keeps approved changes moving through the workflow.

Risks I look for

  • Incomplete inputs
  • Ownership ambiguity
  • Changes after approval
  • Downstream communication gaps
  • Untracked exceptions

Pay My Bills — Connected Bill-Payment Experience

Problem

Bring common bill-payment tasks—account management, merchant transactions, payment details, support, and confirmation—into one connected experience with clear task choices.

Approach

I organized the concept around user tasks and transaction states: choose an action, move through the required information, confirm the decision, and clearly communicate completion.

Flow

Dashboard → account or merchant task → payment information → confirmation. Supporting paths cover account management, notifications, support, rewards, and privacy-related actions.

Next iteration

Responsive, accessible, validated.

Further development would focus on responsive behaviour, accessibility, tighter component consistency, and user validation of the highest-friction steps.

02 / Experience

A career built around coordination, accuracy, and follow-through.

My roles span ad-tech operations, Canadian site operations, and customer service—but the common thread is making work easier to execute reliably.

03 / About

Technical foundation. Operational mindset.

My path has moved from engineering to digital operations, Canadian business-analysis education, frontline customer service, and site operations leadership.

The roles are different, but the through-line is consistent: I naturally think in processes—what enters the workflow, who owns each decision, where information changes hands, and which errors can travel downstream.

That perspective shapes how I document work, coordinate stakeholders, build reporting tools, handle exceptions, and improve repeatable processes.

04 / Approach

A compact operating model for messy problems.

Understand the system, make the work visible, improve the friction, then validate the result.

01

Understand

Clarify the outcome, context, constraints, and definition of success.

02

Map

Make inputs, owners, handoffs, dependencies, and decision points visible.

03

Improve

Reduce friction with clearer controls, tracking, documentation, or automation.

04

Validate

Check assumptions, measure the result, and refine where the workflow still breaks.

05 / Skills

Depth first. Tools second.

I lead with the capabilities I use to solve operational problems, then the tools that support them.
